L-Acoustics K2 for Kyrgyzstan's Independence Day

On August 31, Kyrgyzstan celebrated its 33rd Independence Day and the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Oblast.

A ceremonial flag-raising took place at Ala-Too Square in Bishkek, attended by President Sadyr Japarov and featuring performances by talented Kyrgyz musical groups. In the evening, a gala concert took place featuring foreign celebrity performers.
To ensure high-quality sound for this large-scale event, a professional sound reinforcement system was designed using L-Acoustics and Digico equipment. The primary acoustic systems, based on the L-Acoustics K2 line array, were suspended at the edges of the stage and complemented by low-frequency and distributed sound systems. This setup provided powerful and clear sound with even coverage across a wide frequency range. The sound signals were processed, converted, and routed using the DiGiCo SD12 digital mixing console.

The entire sound system operated flawlessly, ensuring excellent audio quality for both the audience on-site and listeners tuning in live.

The event was organized by the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Madaniyat Service" under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, with technical support from Ledyaev&Co and Sound Creations, the certified provider distributor of L-Acoustics and DiGiCo in Kyrgyzstan.
