How the L-Acoustics Syva System Effectively Addresses Architectural and Acoustic Challenges

To extend low-frequency performance, the system integrates with Syva Low and Syva Sub. Syva Low features two 12” LF drivers (as found in K2) and adds 9 dB of LF contour, extending response down to 40 Hz. Syva Sub incorporates a single long-excursion 12” driver based on the KS28 motor structure, pushing the system’s lower frequency limit to 27 Hz for added depth and impact.

Both subwoofers use bass-reflex enclosures with patented L-Vents, which minimize turbulence and port noise while improving efficiency. All Syva modules are driven by LA4X or LA12X amplified controllers, providing crossover filtering, phase alignment, frequency response linearization, and driver protection via the L-Drive system.

Syva features a slim, elegant enclosure crafted from birch and beech plywood, with custom RAL color options available to match architectural environments. Syva Low and Syva Sub can act as mechanical bases for the main Syva unit, with quick, secure AutoConnect coupling for both mechanical and acoustic integration.
