Encore3 is Barco’s next-generation video processor — the central brain for large concerts, festivals, sports broadcasts, and any event with massive screens. It consolidates dozens of sources (cameras, presentations, graphics, video playback) and enables them to be displayed on giant screens in virtually any combination.

What’s new and why does it matter?

Native 4K Processing
Encore3 handles signals in full 4K resolution at up to 60fps, end-to-end — with no upscaling. This guarantees razor-sharp imagery, accurate color reproduction, and ultra-low latency.

Any Screen, Any Scale
The system supports panoramic, curved, and blended projection surfaces, turning them into a seamless canvas for creative show design.
64 Layers of Processing
Up to 64 simultaneous layers allow for dynamic multi-source compositions — combining live cameras, graphics, video content, and presentations in real time.

Scalability
Multiple Encore3 chassis can be linked together to expand input capacity, output destinations, and layer count — ensuring future-proof flexibility.
