L-ISA Live Mixing

Create an immersive live mix, directly from your desk input channels or from an original left-right mix.

Learning objectives

• Understand and experience the L-ISA spatial parameters
• Understand and experience the differences between traditional left right systems and L-ISA
• Experience the support of visiting engineers on an L-ISA installation

Prerequisites

• Knowledge in acoustics and live sound reproduction
• Technical English / Russian

Required Equipment

• Computer with a mouse (preferably Apple MacBook Pro or equivalent, Mac OS 10.13 minimum) 
• For Apple users, latest version of L-ISA studio (to be activated during the course) or Windows version of L-ISA controller
• Note pad and pen

MIXING PRACTICE 3 hours

• Tutorial - Building a spatial balance
• Tutorial - Visiting engineer support
• Playback and exchange

• Demo – Pop or classical mix
• Working with snapshots
